Mechanical designer: Possess knowledge of mechanical design in corresponding industries, such as hydraulic design, mechanical mechanism design, etc. We primarily use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG NX, Pro/E, and other related software for mechanical part design and mechanical drawing. Mechanical design can be divided into three major categories: new design, inherited design, and variant design.

Basic Skill

1. Proficient in developing standard product design drawings and process drawings (clamps, etc.).

2. Proficient in applying mechanical principles, mechanics, mechanical design, and standards to creatively design products with low production costs according to design requirements.

3. Proficient in computer-aided design: 2D software engineering drawing, 3D software product design, and modeling and rendering.

4. Able to create design renderings that effectively express the product's texture, color variations, tactile sensation, and overall equipment effect.

5. Familiar with various materials (including material properties, performance, dimensions, specifications, colors, prices, etc.) and heat treatment methods.

6. Proficient in using typical mechanical mechanisms, especially familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanisms, as well as commonly used structural methods.

7. Improve knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of machinery, become familiar with the basic characteristics and variations of machinery, and understand the historical development of various equipment, machinery, structural methods, and application methods.

8. Possess surveying and mapping knowledge and skills (measurement methods and measurement accuracy), be able to effectively create on-site surveying and mapping sketches, and improve the design of relevant information.

9. Familiar with various assembly processes, able to correctly write assembly processes. Correctly select processing equipment and tools.

10. Extensive cultural knowledge and training (in the development of various equipment) contribute to stable product performance, aesthetic appearance, and modern design.

11. Be adept at collecting and accumulating design materials, such as reference books (manuals, standards, etc.), new surveying and mapping methods, photography, photocopying, recording, etc., and accumulate useful design materials.

12. Master professional research skills, whether comprehensive or specialized, to grasp the key points and obtain the information that designers should possess, thereby assisting in mechanical design work.

13. Producing high-quality models independently requires designers to understand materials, craftsmanship practices, and utilize the necessary tools and equipment. This is a practical ability that a designer should possess.

14. It can measure, analyze, and combine erroneous calculations. These designers must also master these skills.

15. Mechanical designers are proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and finite element analysis, optimize mechanical designs, and more rationally design high-quality, low-cost products.
